După instalarea unei imprimante HP în rețea, aceasta poate începe să printeze același print job la nesfârșit (până rămâne fără hârtie sau opriți imprimanta de la buton).

Acest lucru este cauzat de serviciul bidirectional support, așadar va trebui dezactivat și problema ar trebui să dispară.

Dezactivarea bidirectional support-ului :

Apăsați butonul Start și intrați în Devices and Printers.
Click dreapta pe imprimanta HP și selectați Printer properties.
Click pe tab-ul Ports.
Debifați Enable bidirectional support.
Apăsați Apply.
Printați o pagina de probă.
